Pfizer’s CEO indicated on Sunday that another Covid-19 booster injection will be required, expressing support for a fourth vaccination dosage before the FDA decides whether or not to prescribe it to the general population in the United States.
According to CBS’ Margaret Brennan, Albert Bourla, the CEO of the firm that developed the first FDA-approved vaccine to reduce the chance of developing Covid and minimize the disease’s devastating symptoms, recent evidence suggested that a fourth dose was required.
He had previously stated that the business was on the verge of submitting to the FDA “a big bundle of evidence indicating the necessity for a fourth dose.”
